Attend a live webinar broadcast

Genesis will conduct live training periodically, which is broadcasted and available for all districts. These trainings are free to attend, and you may ask questions to the presenter. 

To view the webinar schedule, log into Genesis and visiting the Info > Webinars tab. Here, you can register by clicking the title of the training you would like to attend. Fill out your name and email to be sent a reminder of the upcoming session. You may also subscribe to alerts for when a new webinar is added to the schedule, by clicking Email Notification of Upcoming Webinars at the top of the page. If you are unable to attend a live webinar, it will be recorded and posted to our Video Library within a few days after it is conducted.

Reserve a live training session for your district

Genesis offers both onsite and virtual training with a live Genesis expert. In order to best organize your training with us, a ticket is required to request any private training session. Submit a ticket to our support requesting a training, and please include the Genesis module(s) to be covered, preferred date(s) of the training, and the method of delivery. See below for the available training formats we offer.

Live Virtual Training

All webinar/virtual training provided by Genesis is free of charge. After booking your virtual training with us, you will receive a webinar invitation which you may share with any users you would like to attend. You may request to have these webinars recorded and made available to your district.

Live Onsite Training

You may book an in-person training session to be held onsite at your district. This is the only method of Genesis training with a cost involved. The rate for onsite training is based on the number of 'half day' training sessions, which are approximately 2-2.5 hours in length. After your ticket is submitted, Genesis will evaluate your training request to determine how much time is needed to train the requested topics. We will then work to locate an available trainer for the date requested.

After your training is confirmed, a quote will be attached to your ticket. A purchase order must be sent in advance by attaching to your ticket or faxing directly to Genesis at 732-521-7736

The Genesis trainer will arrive at your district to setup the presentation prior to the scheduled start time. We ask that the district provides access to the internet as well as a projector or screen to use for the presentation.

The Genesis Training Center

We also offer in-person training located at the Genesis offices (Jamesburg, NJ) and can accommodate up to 20 users in our classroom at no cost to the district. As with any other live training requests, please submit a ticket to book a training session at the Genesis Training Center.
