Parameter Settings for Reunification

The Reunification→Setup→Settings screen contains all system parameters:

Parameters

There are three global Reunification parameters:

1. "Student Pickup Status after Parent Check-in" - Two choices:  Approved for Release, 
2. "Allow Parent checkin screen to release Approved Students" - This option should be checked if the number of students to be reunited is small, and they are located directly at the check-in location.
3. "Collect signature from contact when student being released" - This toggles whether a signature must be entered.

School - Default Reunification Area for Students by School

• A default location is created for each School, and the list that is automatically created default's each school to its automatic "default Student Location".  
• An unlimited number of additional Locations can be added.
• Any school can be set to point to any Location
