Export Settings

This task can export the results to:

• Secure FTP (SFTP)
• FTP (Both Active and Passive)
• Email
• Directory on the Genesis Server

Export File Options

• Client ID (currently inactive)
• Export Type
• Action

• Student username source
• Student password source
• Hardcoded text for student password
• Teacher username source
• Teacher password source

• Hardcoded text for teacher password
• Set teacher id (Default is normal id, can produce duplicates if teacher is in multiple schools)
• Include Staff with these roles in teachers/staff file (if none selected, all will be included)
• Only sync students in these grades
• Include these schools

Data

1. Gets a list of active students and filtering out students who do not fit with the selected options. 
2. Fill in sections and student enrollments based on the students list.
3. Use sections information for teachers and teacher rosters.

Output

Export Type set to full (default)

Export Type set to enrollments

Export Type set to classrooms

Export Type set to registration
