Generating Multiple Forms for a Student in One Report Run

To generate multiple forms for a student in a single run you need the following:

• Multiple rows of data for each student - A form can only be generated from a row of data.  To get multiple forms, you need multiple rows of data.
• A Report Section that "breaks" on at least two items:
  • The student's ID - This causes separate forms to generated for each student
  • Whatever else you want to separate/generate your forms by.  E.g. Guardian #, or an Expression that determines when to separate forms.
• A Form - a PDF Form needs to be uploaded and "painted" with the information needed.
