District activities can be reviewed/modified via Setup>Districts>Activities.
Activity Levels
The Generic Code "Sports Levels" has been moved from the Generic Code Tables screen. Levels can now be added and
updated on the Setup>Districts>Activities>Activity Levels screen.
The Activity Level of an Activity defines the level that the students are currently rostered into.
Using sports as an example, students can be rostered into Varsity, JV, Freshman, etc. levels. The Activity Level is what defines which team the student is on.
For Club Activities, the default level is Club. Unless a club has different levels that students need to be grouped in, the default level should be kept as is.
Attendance Setup
A new screen Setup>Districts>Activities>Attendance Setup has been added.
This screen will allow you to activate the Exempt attendance Code for Clubs.
If selected while taking attendance, attendance for that day will not count against the student's participation percentage.
