Appointment View

You can view / manually add the appointments via Registration>Appointments>View.

• Calendar shows amount of appointments per day
• Appointments can be manually added, shown on the right with Registrar 2, or added via open registration by the parent, shown on the left with Registrar 1
• Calendar shows number of appointments per day
• Can click days to view appointments for that day
• Click school house to be brought to open reg search screen with package
• Can preregister or register for manually inputted appointments directly from the screen

• Can add parent name, filled in from open reg package
• Email is filled in from openreg package, used to send email reminder from Notification Daemon task
• Search for students to add by package id, student id, student name, or family name.
• Students are auto filled from open registration
