21450 Staff Signature Audit

This report lists staff who have or have not signed for student IEP, 504 or I&RS forms.

This can be run by student or by staff. The 'Last Viewed' column will only have data if the staff is marked as representing their user and your school audits document views.

Report FAQ

Q:    Why aren't certain staff members appearing on this report? 

A:    The Staff Signature Audit report will only list staff members who are directly connected to the student in some way.  For example, students can be assigned to a specific teacher(s), counselor, vice principal, case manager, etc.  However, students are not 'assigned' to specific principal, supervisor, etc. so this report does not have a way to 'check' and see if these staff members have signed the document.  As a result, those staff members will not appear as 'staff who are missing signatures'. Instead, they only appear on the report if they have provided a signature for specific student(s).
