Custom Reports: Forms & Letters

Creates color PDF honor roll certificates for students who qualified for your districts Honor Roll. This report only works off of User-Defined Honor Rolls in Genesis. You may replace the form with your own custom honor roll form. This template could be easily modified to simply print a list of students to Excel or PDF as well.

Lets the user select a gradebook average thresh-hold, and prints all courses and averages for "failing" classes, per student.

Failure Letter for final marking period and course grades. This is NOT a projected failure letter, and does NOT analyze gradebook averages or 'projected' final grades. This includes students who have ALREADY FAILED a marking period, semester 1, or the entire course.

Failed a marking period: select 'MP1' or 'MP2' or 'MP3' or 'MP4'
Failed the 1st semester: select 'S1'
Failed for the year: select 'FG'

Note: You will need to update the template to include the school's letterhead. You can click 'download template' to start with a Microsoft Word version of the template, insert the image of your letterhead, then 'save as' a PDF file. It can then be imported into the report.

Note: This letter includes the school principal's signature. To store signature, the principal must visit the padlock icon (password-user preferences screen), then record their written signature in the white box. Visit Staff Signatures for more information on this process. 

Note: You can now customize the body of the letter, and the verbiage that prints above and below the list of courses with failing grades. Here is a screenshot of the columns to be modified:
