- New report for 2024 eligibility letters


Make sure that the meal prices are setup on the Student Data>Lunch>Setup>School Lunch Pricing Screen.

 Create/Replace a student list called

Sort By
Only create letters for students on an application
Or tracking records printed on this date

Beginning Application Number

Ending Application Number

Use Free Milk not Meals for students in ELEM school

Enter Lunch Codes to exclude (comma separated)

Letter Date

Date that is printed on the letter

Hearing Officer
Name, Email, Telephone
Summer EBT Contact
Name, Email, Telephone
Determining Official
Phone Number, Email, Staff Signature, Use text for staff signature
Set printed flag on records

Set the printed on date on the students Lunch Tracking Record

Clear printed flag on records

Remove the printed on date from students Lunch Tracking Records

Only students that have not been printed yet
Only print letters for students that do not have a letter printed already (Eligibility Letter Printed Date on the Lunch Tracking Record
Print student lunch details at bottom of page
For troubleshooting purposes: This will print student information and all of the student lunch tracking records at the bottom of each letter
Language
RemoveMilk, Snack, Milk and Snack
Remove 'CEP' section

Remove 'Meals' section (CEP Schools only)

Store in Student Documents

Report output can be stored as student documents.


WARNING Storing as student document is not compatible with the 'Print form in English and Spanish' option.
