Food Services: Students with Temporary Benefits - as defined on their lunch applications. An application with either 'Exempt (Temporary Benefits)' set to true, or any value in the 'Exempt Thru' field.

Report for all lunch applications in the current year

9205 SNEARS Direct Cert Import File
Exports data to an XLS file for importing into School Nutrition Electronic Application and Reimbursement System. This report uses the school's SFA Site ID. A school's SFA Site ID can be edited on Setup -> Schools -> Modify School.

9210 NJ Family Care 
Exports data to a .xlsx file for the NJ Family Care transmission. Students with NO for 'Release to NJ Family Care' and students with YES for 'Has Med Insurance' will be excluded from report. Student with No or Unknown for -Share Free/Reduced Lunch Information- will be coded with an N un the FreeReducedRate LunchStatus column

9236 Summer EBT 2024 Report This report is used to populate your Summer EBT template for uploading to SNEARS. By default, this report will generate all students active as of today's date. Optionally, students without qualifying lunch codes may be excluded. Students with code S or NJF will not qualify as Free. Students who are paid or denied will still appear on the report with no eligibility listed. Extra columns of data labeled with X were added to assist with troubleshooting. Local Site ID is populated from the school's SFA ID field (Setup>Schools)
