Daily Attendance Consecutive Days

A notification will be sent to subscribers when a student has reached X consecutive days of absences or tardies. Only unexcused attendance will qualify a student for this event. The number of days and the type of attendance can be configured for this event subscription.

Daily Attendance Warning

A notification will be sent to subscribers when a student has reached a set number of daily absences or tardies. The number of absences/tardies and attendance cycle can be configured for this event subscription.

Homeroom Attendance Reminder

A new subscription 'Homeroom Attendance Reminder' was added that sends a notification to teachers that have not posted homeroom attendance. The message is generated after the end time of the homeroom period for the day. Only teachers with homerooms will be sent the reminder

Student Sent Home From Nurse

Notifies subscribers when a student has been sent home from a nurse visit. Event is triggered when the nurse checks the 'Sent Home' field on a visit. It is not triggered if the nurse only selects "sent home" as a disposition.

HIB Events

Timeline for HIB Investigation. Note: User will receive one GenMessage per day, per each open HIB Investigation in the current school year. Alerts can also be triggered when an investigation is closed. Alert will contain deadlines per each event on the HIB timeline, depending on requirements set by the subscriber of this alert. 

Student Suspension

This will notify users when a student has been given a suspension.

This notifies you when you have a conference scheduled for the day. You are notified only if the the 'staff member' with the conference is marked to represent you and only if the conference has a status of "Scheduled".

Shared Student List

This notifies you when a student list has been shared with your account.

Signature Required Notification

This will notify a staff member when they have students with documents (IEP, 504, I&RS) that require their signature. This will analyze all students in any course for the teacher that is currently meeting. Notifications are also sent after updates are made, when Genesis detects a change in the start date (ex: new IEP record added, or change in IEP Begin Date).

Invalid Email Address
