Parent Module User Manager Task

This is a Genesis task districts may choose to enable/disable via Core>Scheduler.

Options for this task:

• Run in simulation mode
• Remove inactive (and invalid) students from existing parent module accounts.
• Disable or Delete existing accounts (Parent and Student accounts) that have 0 students attached.
• Disable or Delete existing accounts (Parent and Student accounts) that are past the expiration date.
