Appointments

Enable Appointments in Open Registration Screens

Check/uncheck and save to enable/disable appointments for your schools.

Require Parents to make Appointments

Check this off to require parents make appointments in Open Reg

Allow open reg users to manually select an available location

Only choose this option if you have multiple locations and you wish parents to choose their location manually rather than it defaulting to a location based on school or grade.

This is useful for multiple locations for the same school/grade level where parents can choose what is closest to them.

By default, if there are multiple appointments, the system will select the first available one.

Appointment Selection

 1 Appointment per package

Default option, can only be used if there is one location

This option makes parents choose 1 location for all students in an open reg package

 1 Appointment per location 

Groups students by grade/school in open reg and appointments will be chosen/assigned to these groups.

This option allows parents to select appointments by student location.

If 2 students have a grade/school that correlate to different locations then the parent will choose 2 appointments.

If 2 students have same grade/school then only 1 appointment will be chosen

1 Appointment per student

Parent must choose appointment for each student, can pick the same appointment for each student
