  • Report Info:
    Controls for the Report. Including: Name field, Description field, Default output format, margins, page numbers.
  • Tables Screen:
    Screen #1 - Choose the base table for the report, and research the information and fields in tables.
  • Columns Screen:
    Screen #2 - Add 'columns' or fields to your report. Specify column formatting for PDF printouts.
  • Report Parameters - Screen Number 3:
    Screen #3 - Questions to ask the user when the report is run.
  • Filters:
    Screen #4 - Rules for which records to include in or exclude from the report.
  • Sorting:
    Screen #5 - Sort options for the report.
  • Sections and Totals:
    Screen #6 - Dividing the report into sections and specifying totals to print at the section and report bottoms
  • Form:
    If the report is to generate forms, uploading the PDF form.
  • Fields:
    Specifying where to print data on to the form.
  • Tools:
    Controls for exporting the report definition, moving the report from Reports tab to Reports tab, and copying the report.
  • Published Documents:
    If the Report generates and 'publishes' forms (i.e. 'documents'), this screen tracks the published documents.
