This report dumps discipline data for the current school year in a format designed to aid in EVVRS reporting.
Please review the incidents and incident details that are included. There may be data included that is not supposed to be reported to the EVVRS and vice versa.
Which Incidents are Included
- SS-VA Category – Any incident that has an infraction whose infraction group code is NOT "MISCOND".
- HIB Category – Any incident that is flagged as HIB.
- Other Spec. Ed. Category – Any incident that has an offender who is flagged as special ed who was either suspended or expelled as one of the actions of the incident.
Things to Look Out For
- Ensure that any Discipline Incidents that are flagged as HIB have a linked HIB record.
- Ensure that any HIB records have a linked Discipline Incident.
- Become familiar with the EVVRS reporting rules; there may be cases where incidents are included in this report that are not supposed to be reported to the EVVRS.
