FAQs:

Why do my totals for all Races NOT MATCH my Not Hispanic or Latino total?

Your totals do not match as you have students listed as Hispanic Ethnicity only.  The federal government does not count Hispanic as a race but as an Ethnicity.  In order for a student to be counted in a Race category, the student must be marked of as White, Black, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian, or Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander.

In addition, students may be marked as more than one race. If that is the case, the totals in the Race table may be higher than the totals in the Ethnicity table.

Why is there a warning in red font?

If the report detects one or more students without a race, a warning will appear on the report. In addition, a list of those students will be included on additional pages.

I have a student marked as two or more Races.  Which race are they counted for in the report?

For reports run after 03/15/2016, they will count for every race they are marked as.
