Reports against two sets of students in Genesis schools that count attendance. Students who TRANSFERRED IN after last years Oct 15th date with codes of E1 or R2-R11 excluding students who were reported in last years Genesis Fall Survey in the same school this transfer placed student into. Students who TRANSFERRED or DROPPED OUT after last years Oct 15th date with codes of T2-T9 and D2-D10 who were reported in last years Genesis Fall Survey.

Note

If your a Fed Placement code (NJSmart field #58) for a student is 19, Less than 50%is spent in Reg. Ed, etc., Genesis will apply that student to your 39% Or Less counts on the Mobility report.

Report FAQ

Q: My totals for special ed students for the Program Type Codes are off. What could be the problem?
A: This is commonly caused by students not having a PTC that is being counted in that table. Not all PTC's are to be counted in that table.
