Notes
The Fall Survey works off of your NJ ASSA data, so make sure your ASSA collections are complete before submitting your Fall Survey numbers. Here is some information that may help you when reviewing your Fall Survey Data.
- For any student who has an IEP, we determine the percentage of time in by looking at the student's Federal Placement Code.
- 9,10,18 - This will make a student count in the IEP 40% or more category.
- 7,11,16 Code - This will make a student count in the IEP 39% or less category.
- If a student is NOT in one of these placements, the student will not appear in either category.
- Any student marked as Multiracial with Hispanic as one of the ethnicity choices, will be counted as Hispanic, not Multiracial.
