Achieve 3000 Export

Overview

This export creates a single tab-delimited text file called achieve.txt.

Options

  • The file can be saved to a path on the local machine, sent to an email address, or sent out via FTP (active, passive, or secure FTP).
  • When saved locally or sent via email, the file will first be zipped.
  • When sent via FTP, the file will not be zipped.
  • Schools can be selected by checking the box next to their names.

Export File Options:

  • Create one-time upload file
  • Create automated upload files
  • Added an option to prefix the Teacher ID with a value if districts have an issue with teachers and students using the same ID.
  • Only Include courses with User Flag 1 enabled
  • Only use first teacher in course sections
  • Include Teacher Name and Period to Class Name column (LastName-Class Name-PerX)
  • Only export homeroom data for students in these grades
  • Exclude these course section ( CourseCode/section comma separated)
  • Only include courses in this Department (Leave blank to include all)
  • Student Username Source (Leave blank to exclude username)
  • User Text for Student Username
  • Staff Username Source (Leave blank to exclude username)
  • Add this value as a prefix to the Teacher ID
