Q:  Why are certain teachers not showing up in edConnect?

A:  Teachers must have a SMID number in order to be uploaded into edConnect.  Only one teacher may be submitted per course section to edConnect.  edConnect only allows one teacher per course section.  If you have two teachers assigned to a course section only one (subsection 1 teacher) will be included.

Q:  Why am I missing courses in edConnect?

A:  edConnect requires all courses to have an associated NCES Sced code in order to be uploaded.  Check to make sure your curriculum courses (or sections) have a value for  NCES SCED Code.  Sections do not need to have a NCES code set.  You only need this if you want the section to have a different SCED code then the Curriculum Course.
