IEP Direct Export

Features

Exports student demographic and contact data from Genesis to Frontline / IEP Direct Export, sent either as an XML file with supporting district files; Buildings, Schedules, Staff Assignments, Users, and Withdrawal

Can be sent in the Centris tab delimited format StudentInformation.txt and ContactInformation.txt

Students Included

Export will include all ACTIVE enrolled students who are not marked "do not include in state reporting".

Also requires students to have a guardian 1 and a legal residence.

XML file will contain 2 addresses for a student. One PHYSICAL and one MAILING. It determines which is which using the TYPE drop down on the Guardian 1 Address. If only one address exists it will be used for both PHYSICAL and MAILING.
