EasyIEP Export
Overview
This export will export tab-delimited text files (.txt). The included files are easyiepstudent.txt and easyiepparent.txt.
Options
- The files can be saved to a path on the local machine or sent out via SFTP (secure FTP)
- In the student file, School Code can be set to use the Genesis default code for all students, School Code found on IEP record for only Special Ed students, or School Code found on IEP record for all students
- In the parent file, Guardian 2 demographic data can be included so long as a custody issue does not exist
- Include in both files data for students in PreReg school
- Include in both files data for only Active students
- Include only Special Ed students
- Remove DistrictCode column from the student file
- In the parent file, swap the Description out for Relationship Codes
Output
Includes all students except for ones in INACT school or PreReg school or with a gradeLevel of PG
