Student List Import

This is a task found via Core>Scheduler.

File Format:

Column 1: List Name

Column 2: Student ID

Column 3: Security Role

Column 4: Username

File must include headers for all students to import properly

• If List Name already exists then the existing list will be cleared and all students in the file will be added to that list
• If List Name does not exist, a new list will be created with those students
• The Security Role Column will share the list with all users with that role, however the list will be read only
