Lunch Codes
You can review and modify lunch codes in Genesis via Student Data>Lunch>Setup>Codes.
School Lunch Pricing
These numbers are used to populate the Student Data Food Services: Eligibility Letter reports. You can review and modify this via Student Data>Lunch>Setup>School Lunch Pricing.
Settings
There are various application settings on the Student Data>Lunch>Setup>Settings tab.
Some options include:
- Set field Application Needs Verification to YES by default on all new Applications (including Parents Online Lunch Application Form)
- Automatically set Application Needs Verification to NO for applications marked as Homeless, Migrant, Runaway or DFF Documented Foster. (Will set to NO regardless of option above)
- DO NOT create 30 day carry-over records for Direct Certification students during rollover
- Staff Signature options for Determining Official, Confirming Official, Verifying Official
