Genesis Quarterly Maintenance Services

Genesis will perform the following maintenance tasks four times per year.

1. PostgreSQL database patching
   • PostgreSQL JDBC Driver
   • Performance Tuning
2. Apache Tomcat patched to the latest version
3. Java patched to the latest version
4. Genesis libraries updated to the latest
5. Operating System updates to the latest version and system power cycle
6. System checks will also be performed, including disk and raid array health
7. Server migrations can be performed in place of one Quarterly maintenance per year

Quarter # 1 - July 1 to Sept 30

Quarter # 2 - Oct 1 to Dec 30

Quarter # 3 - Jan 1 to March 30

Quarter # 4 - April 1 to June 30
