Overview

The following are Example Reports that were created using the Genesis Report Writer.

You may Download any of the reports listed, Install them onto your Genesis, and Change/Edit as necessary.

PLEASE NOTE:    These reports were created by customers or Genesis support, and may not do exactly what your district needs, so please read the descriptions carefully. It is also important that you run tests to ensure it's producing the information and results needed. Some editing may be required for the report to work as you need it to, and you can make these changes using the Report Writer. If you are unfamiliar with writing reports in Genesis, it is strongly recommended you watch a Report Writer training video.

The attached report gives student club attendance vs daily attendance for a range of dates (start/end). It is designed to find where students skipped clubs while present in school at the end of the day.

School Club Attendance Analysis - Download Report

The attached report analyzes student club attendance and gives statistics such as % Skipped (skipping the club while being present in school), % Missed (total # of club absences vs attendance records), % Present (# of times attended vs number of attendance records).

This report is primarily - though not exclusively - for clubs meeting at the end of the school day. You will need to customize it for your Daily Attendance codes.

Analysis is displayed for each club a student has attendance records for - as well as an overall summary for the student across all their clubs.
