The Gradebook>School Setup>Maintenance>Profile Maintenance screen is where you will push out your gradebook profile (or parts of the school profile) to all teachers in your school.
Basic Steps to Pushing Out the Gradebook Profile Before the Start of School:
- Copy School Profile(s) forward and/or Create a New Profile for the new school year - (Gradebook>School Setup>School Profiles)
- Review profile setup/preferences - (Gradebook>School Setup>School Profiles>Modify)
- Initialize Gradebooks - (Gradebook>School Setup>Maintenance>Gradebook Maintenance)
- Push Out Profiles - (Gradebook>School Setup>Maintenance>Profile Maintenance)
- Activate Gradebooks for Teachers - (Gradebook>School Setup>Maintenance>Gradebook Status)
