The Rollover Task Option
A field was added to the Setup>Schools>(Click on School)>Modify School tab. Districts can check/uncheck prior to rollover. If you leave this checked, the Graduation Date field will be filled for seniors during the summer rollover process.
- Allow Rollover to set Graduation Date (School End Date) for Seniors

Mass Assign Through Admin>Assignments Tab
You can mass assign/change graduation dates to 12th graders via Administration>Assignments>Graduation Dates.

Steps:
- Fill in a value in the "Graduation Date" field. Click "Update Students" and it will fill in the date for all the students on this screen.

- Click
at the bottom of the screen.
Using the Mass Change Feature
- Navigate to the Student Data>Mass Change screen
- In Step 1, select your student list.
- In step 2, select "Graduation Date" as the field and enter the date needed in the "Select a Date" field:

- Click "Apply Changes" to perform the update.
Manual Changes
You can also update individual students as needed. This would be updated via Student Data>Modify Student>Demographics>Required. Navigate to that tab, locate the "Graduation Date" field and enter the date needed. Click SAVE when finished.
