Notes

This report will give a duplicated or unduplicated count of actions during a specified time period. There are two ways for an unduplicated count.

By Action Code - This means that if a student is given 3 suspensions during the year, the student will only appear once on this report.
By Incident - This means that if a student is given 3 detentions for one incident, he will appear 3 times for the detention code when this report is run for a duplicated count and just 1 time for that incident when run for an unduplicated count.
