Attendance Totals from Monthly Registers to date.

Run for which School (Blank for All)

Report can run for any one school in the district, or all schools.

Run Report for

Leave blank for full year

Month - Run the report in the range of a selected month.

Run report by resident district code

If this option is selected; the report will run for each school; but within school; totals will be shown the districts that the students reside in.

Break out by PTC

Select YES if you want to see the individual students listed on this report.

The start and end dates for a given month are determined here.


ADE (Average Daily Enrollment) = Days Possible/School Days

ADA (Average Daily Attendance) = (Days Possible- Days Absent) / School Days)

%ATT (Attendance Percentage) = (Days Present / Days Possible) * 100
