81300 A45 Report
We added a new medical report - Report 81300 - A45 Report.
It prints Student A45s. If neither Physical Exams or Notes section are chosen to be displayed then the form will print a single page only.
Individual A45 forms can be saved as student pdf documents by users with 'Report Scheduling Option' security of 'Export to Student Documents.'
