--------------- New / Enhanced Nurses.Student List.Health Screenings • Under the "Automatic Visit Creation for Health Screenings" section of the Nurses>Setup>Maintenance/Options screen, if the "Reason that is posted for a visit" and "Disposition that is posted for a visit" fields are filled, users will now be able to create nurse visits from the Nurses>Student List>Health Screenings screen. A checkbox will appear to create the visit and optional Arrival and Departure times will then be shown if checked. If the times are not filled in, the arrival time will be the time of the save and the departure time will be 5 minutes after the arrival time.
Screening data can be entered for a list of students, for example all students in a selected homeroom, using the Nurses Search screen and the Health Screenings screen.
You do this with student lists via Nurses>Student List>Health Screening.
Updating Screening Data on the Health Screening Screen
- You can quickly fill out all student's vision and hearing statuses with the use of the 'Update all to N, R, T, C' buttons
N = Normal
R = Referred
T = Treatment
C = Comments
