Schoology Export

Overview

This task exports data for Schoology. It will create up to four csv files: users, courses, course enrollments, and parents.

Options

The export can be configured to save locally, be sent in an email, or have the files sent to another machine using (S)FTP.

Individual files can be selected to be included.

Individual schools can be selected to be included.

Output

User File - Staff and students are included in the file. The following staff are included in the file. Case Manager will be listed as role "cst". Teachers as "teacher". Counselor as "counselor" Principal as "principal". Administrator as "sysadmin". If a staff member has their Extra Data 1 field filled out the staff member will be included in the file and the Extra Data 1 field value will be used as the staff member's role.

Nurse ("nurse") may optionally be included in the file.
