Silverpoint Export

Overview

This task will output three CSV (comma separated value) text files. They are a student file, a class roster file, and a parents file.

Options

The files can be saved to a path on the local machine, sent to an email address, or sent out via FTP (active, passive, or secure FTP).

When using the 'send to email address' option, please note that the three files will be added to a zip archive which will then be added as an attachment.

Schools can be included by checking the box next to their names.

One department can be excluded from the class roster file by entering its department code.

Output

The output files are named students.txt, classRoster.txt, and parents.txt.
