Systems 3000 Staff Import
Overview
This task imports a csv file.
Each record in the file will potentially create, update or deactivate a district teacher record in Genesis.
Options
- The files can be imported from the local machine or from a remote server via sftp.
- There is a "Test Mode" that will read the files, and write errors to the log, but will not change any data in Genesis.
File Formats
There must be a header row. These columns can be in any order. Other columns will be ignored.

Note: School code in the location column should represent the 3-digit number taken from the school's CDS code. For example, if a school's state code is 23-4130-100 then the column would have "100" for the staff member assigned to that school.
-The Location column will mark the school provided in the column as the Primary location for the user.
- The "Asloc" columns will assign the school(s) provided in the columns to the staff members Schools tab.
