Versatrans Import
Overview
This module will import a comma separated values file into Genesis's Student.Bus screen.
Options
Option | Notes |
Load Bus Stop column into Bus Stop field | If selected, the bus stop in the file will be saved to the 'Bus Stop/Bus #' field in Genesis. If not selected, the bus stop in the file will be saved to the 'Pick Up / Drop Off Comments' field in Genesis. |
Include Bus # in Comments (Only for Use with Default Import Method): | In addition to whatever is in the bus record's 'Pick Up / Drop Off Comments' field, the import will also include the bus number from the file. |
Load Bus # column into Bus Stop field (Only for Use with Default Import Method) | This will put the bus number from the file into the 'Bus Stop/Bus #' field in Genesis. |
File Format
The file is an ASCII comma separated values file with NO header row.
The columns in the file are:
