Overview

Genesis is now hosting online discussion forums, where customers can post questions to other school districts using Genesis, and receive responses from other schools who may have encountered similar situations. Forums are used only for interfacing with other Genesis and SchoolFi customers. Please do not use forums to contact the Help Desk, as our support does not monitor the discussion forums.

Genesis Forums can be accessed by logging into the Genesis Support Portal (https://support-sis.genesisedu.com)
