Summer EBT - Report #9236

Overview

This report is used to populate your Summer EBT template for uploading to SNEARS. Contains all students active as of today's date who have a lunch tracking record any time in the school year. Does not report students as 'Free' who qualify under NJ Expanded Income Eligibility. You may include additional lunch codes in the report's options, in order to include lunch status of denied, paid, etc.

Extra columns of data were added at the end of the report, to assist with troubleshooting. These are labeled to begin with "X-" so you can easily see the columns that are NOT reported. These can optionally be removed by toggling the 'debugging' option.

Note: Districts should still download the state's Template File from their SNEARS portal, and use the given template to submit the data. You can copy/paste the data from the Genesis report into the state template.
