How to Copy Assignments Into the New School Year

The screen Gradebook>Assignments>Year to Year will allow you to copy your assignments from the previous school year to the current.

This will save you lots of time and energy and give you more time to teach.

You get started by selecting the course from last year that you would like to copy from.

The dropdown will have every gradebook that you had in the previous year, so you do not have to worry about different classes having different assignments.

Once you have selected your course, the screen is painted with all the assignments that it find from the gradebook.

Select any assignments from the list by clicking on the checkbox on the left hand side of the assignment's row.

You can easily select all assignments by clicking on the "All" link at the top of the column.

Now that you have the assignments checked off, you only have on thing left to do.

Simply click on the "Copy" button at the bottom of the screen.

Now all the selected assignments will be moved to your current year gradebook with no muss and no fuss!
