List of Assignments

Overview

The Gradebook>Assignments>Assignment List screen shows you all of your assignment's in your Gradebook.

By default, you will be viewing only those assignments in the current marking period.

You can easily change this by selecting the marking period from the "Marking Period to Display" drop down on the top of the screen.

This screen allows you to modify, delete, or even copy your assignments.

You are able to do all this in mass, so this can make your life a lot easier.

Updating your Assignments

Updating your assignments could not be easier. Simply update any assignment that need to be changed.

Now you are ready to hit the "Modify" button so save your changes!

Deleting your Assignments

The Assignment List screen allows you to check off any assignments you want to delete and then delete them all.

Simply check the checkboxes next to the assignments that you wish to remove.

Then click on the "Delete" button. The assignments will be deleted and sent to your Trash Can.

Copying your Assignments

Assignments can be copied to other Gradebooks from this screen as well. Simply check the checkboxes next to the assignments that you wish to copy.

Then choose the teacher and gradebook that you wish to copy the assignments to using the dropdown boxes on the bottom right of the screen.

Once you have selected the Gradebook, hit the "Copy" button to send the assignments to the Gradebook you want.
