Adding PDF Letterhead

Nothing makes a letter look more professional than some nice letterhead.

You will need a Word Processor such as Microsoft Word to create a letterhead.

If you are printing to a color printer, feel free to use color in your letterhead.

The next step is to convert that document into an Adobe PDF document.  You may need a software program depending on your platform to perform this task.

Once you have a letter head stored in a PDF file, you can attach it to a Student Letter template.

From the Student Letters>Setup>List screen, click on the  PDF icon to bring up the screen.

This process is pretty straightforward.

  • Click on the browse button to locate the PDF file on your workstation.
  • Once you have located and selected the file, click the Upload File button and the PDF Letter head will be uploaded into the Genesis server.
