Conferences
This article is just for the area to view/modify conferences within the Setup tab. For additional pages, see bottom of page.
We added new screens for School Conferences on 11/10/2017 to the Setup Schools area.
The first screen shows you all days with totals of conferences scheduled.
This is the Setup>Schools>Modify School>Conferences>Summary screen:
Another screen allows you to view the individual conferences and the teachers. You can filter by date, teacher, status, event.
This is the Setup>Schools>Modify School>Details screen:
We added a new tool to update the conference status of all conferences that are displayed on the screen.
We also added new tool to update the event attached to conferences that are displayed on the screen.
If the new event is a different date, then the conferences date is changed. Conferences can only be moved to events that are for one day.
Here are the currently available "Update Tools" options for conferences:
To update conference times, click "Update Conference Times" and you'll get a pop-up to allow you to change it to AM or PM:
To update conference dates, click "Update Conference Dates" and you'll get a pop-up to allow you to change the conference date:
To update conference status, click "Update Conference Status" and you'll get a pop-up to allow you to change the conference status:
To update the conference Staff, click "Update Conference Staff" and you'll get a pop-up to change the staff member associated with the conference to your selection:
To update the conference event, click "Update Conference Event" and you'll get a pop-up to allow you to change the event:
