The Info>Release Notes screen shows the release notes for each build of Genesis.
Subscribing to e-mail alerts for Release Notes
You can optionally subscribe for the Release Notes to be e-mailed to your account every morning. You can add an unlimited number of e-mail addresses to send the release notes to.
Click on the "Sending release notes to X email addresses" button, and a pop up will appear. You can add as many emails as you like.
Notes
- CHANGE access to Info>Release Notes is required to subscribe to Release Notes.
- The Release Notes are sent out in the User Subscriptions task.
- The default time that e-mails are sent out is 5:00am.
- Once e-mails are sent out for a version of Genesis; e-mails will never be sent for that version again.
- The Report Writer table that contains this information is the Installed Version (System-Data) object. The field notificationSent is updated when e-mails are sent for a specific version. This can be viewed in Report Writer.
