- Once the feature has been enabled you can go to Setup->Google->Google Calendar->Setup
- Additionally you can enable for the following subsystems: Conferences, Registration, and Sports
How do users access the updated webdesk calendar within Genesis?
- After Google Calendar has been made available, and enabled within Genesis, a link for "New Calendar>>" will appear in the top right for users who go to webdesk calendar
- If a users personal calendar is linked administratively then they will automatically be switched to the new webdesk calendar screen
If I have turned on the notification reminders for Google, will the Genesis Notification Task also send notifications?
- The Genesis Notification task will NOT send reminders if you have decided to get your reminders from Google.
