Running State Reports

Some quick info on running some of the end of year reports you may be required to submit.

Running SID Management

This extract is found via NJ>NJSLEDS>Snapshots. This is our main SID article.

There are typically three SID Management extracts.

These are always subject to change as NJSLEDS release changes and updates.

If you have any documentation on changes, please enter a help desk ticket to share any new info/documentation with us.

• SID Management Student Data - which runs your SID managements as of today. This is the "local data mart" etc.
• End Of Year SID Management - which runs SID management as of the last day of school in the listed school year (regardless of summer transfers or rollover)
• Fall SID Management (includes Current, Graduates and Summer Withdrawals) - which includes Current, Graduates and Summer Withdrawals.

• NOTE: 
  • The SUMMER option has been moved from the "SID Management Student Data" run time option, to the "2026 Fall Student Management" collection. When creating the CSV (or xls) download sheet, choose "Graduates and Summer Withdrawals Only" option from the "Create file Using" dropdown menu.

Running the Course Submission files

This extract is found via NJ>NJSLEDS>Course Submission.

To "Run" it, click on the "Collect Data" button to the right of the school.

When it's finished, you can then download the Staff and Student files to submit/review in the "Staff Data" column and "Student Column."

You can click the log to the right of each extract to review the errors you may have received.
