Moodle Export

Overview

This task creates an xml file that contains student, staff, course, and scheduling information.

If no schools are selected in the "Include these schools" area, then schools with these flags are exported:  Include in state reporting:true, In District:true, Summer School:false

A course must be active and incuded in NJ Smart to pull.  If "Exclude Courses with this User Flag" is used, a course will be excluded if they have that User Flag checked on the Curriculum file as well.

Teachers must be marked as a teacher, be active, be included in NJ Smart, and not be "shared."
