A new security feature has been implemented to block logon attempts from usage types such as Data Center, Web Hosting, and Transit (DCH).
Users may experience difficulty logging in from certain sites that you may deem as safe. If needed, you can add these sites to your whitelist. When a login attempt is blocked, the user's audit log will display the error message "IP address block rule."
Navigate to Setup > Security > IP Tools
In the "IP Address Lookup" field, enter the IP address of the user you want to add to your security filter whitelist.
Click the "Look Up" button > Once the results are displayed, find the "ISP" name and copy it.
Click the "Add Rule" button > Paste the copied "ISP" name into the popup window, then click the "Add" button.
