Report 31920 Student Export

This report exports a list of students to an Excel file that can be used to register students into another Genesis system.

This file can be directly uploaded into another system using the Student Import under the Registration>Imports>Student Import screen.

The LOCAL STUDENT ID column is meant to be blank. The receiving district would key in the Student IDs as used in their district before importing the data from this spreadsheet.

The Student List field has a list of student lists you have created. Student Lists are tied to the logon ID accessing the report. If you do not see any student lists in the dropdown, you can create static lists and/or dynamic lists to use. If you have not created student lists before, please review our documentation on this.
