The Student Data>Tuition screen lists all of the TUITION SENT students in district.
Analyze Tuitions
This screen will allow you to export the screen to excel if you click "Click to export this page to excel." Also, in the top right hand corner of the screen, there is a PDF icon that will allow you to print out the screen to a PDF as well.
Search Options: For Cycle, For Tuition, For School, For Resident District, For Tuition District.
Setup Rates
Setup rates can be setup for each of the possible PTC the students may be marked as. The setup rate is the yearly cost for the student.
This is modified on the Student Data>Tuition>Setup Rates tab.
Note: if you are looking for the spot to add a new tuition record for individual students, you do this via Student Data>Modify Student>Tracking>Other>Tuition.
