Search Result Views available for Import
Below are examples of some Search Result Views for Student Data module. To get started, download one of the .gz files below, and import using the Import View button on the main Search Result Views screen:
Once it is imported, you will be able to adjust and publish the view for your district by clicking on Properties.

| Athletic Status | Includes view of student and if there is an active Athletic Status (student cannot participate). If so, it will list the first day they can return. Also lists 2 current year sports student is involved in. | Download File |
| Attendance Totals | Example of how to include daily attendance totals in a search view. Displays absences, tardies, excused vs. unexcused. | Download File |
| Bus Assignments | Lists student names and their bus number, bus stop, time, route, walks, and aid in lieu for AM and PM bus routes. | Download File |
| COVID Vaccination Status | Includes student contact information, and whether student is fully or partially vaccinated, and how many total doses of the vaccine they have received. | Download File |
| Lunch Data | A view of student demographics and lunch data, including Pin#, lunch balance, current lunch information, and data from the student's most recent lunch application. | Download File |
| Resident Information | Includes student and their County, District, and School code of residence. | Download File |
| Rotation Group | Lists students' assigned Rotation Group code, with grade, homeroom, family information, scheduling team, and has IEP. | Download File |
| Special Ed Data | Lists information from student's current IEP record such as IEP start/end dates and classification codes. | Download File |
| User Fields | Includes examples of how User Flags and User Text fields are added to student Search Result Views. You must replace 'USERTEXTCODE' and 'USERFLAGCODE' with an actual code for one of your district's User Flags or User Text fields. | Download File |
| ML Data | Shows data from student's Tracking > ML tab (previously 'ELL'): Note: A great way to use expressions to translate the 'ML program' code into one of NJ Smart's LIEP codes: ${student.mostRecentMLTrackingRecord.programType=='ESL' || student.mostRecentMLTrackingRecord.programType=='ELS' ? | NJSLA/NJGPA - Fall Testing Data | Includes student's testing information for NJSLA Fall testing period, such as: Test Code, Staff Member Identifier/Examiner, Session Name, Class Name, etc. (separate columns for ELA, MATH, and SCI). | START STRONG - Testing Data | Includes student's testing information for START STRONG testing, such as: Test Code, Staff Member Identifier/Examiner, Session Name, Class Name, etc. (separate columns for ELA, MATH, and SCI). NOTE: Additional columns of data will be included in the Excel export of this view, such as DLM, Exempt, and ACCESS | Download File |
| Student and CUM GPA code | This search result view just pulls student ID, last name, first name, and a student's CUM GPA. (You can also download this example, import it, and change the CODE of the GPA to be whichever GPA you may need. CUM is the generic option). | Download File |
| Shortcuts | This search view has very little data in the view itself. It mainly consists of shortcut links to various student screens. See screenshot below for an example of what the Shortcuts view looks like:

| Sibling Information | Lists students with Family Codes and guardian information. Then, the view will list up to 3 siblings' information. More columns can be added to list additional siblings. This was designed to run a comparison between guardians and addresses between students marked as 'siblings' (same Family Code). Screenshot to preview this view:

| Student Username and Password | Lists students with basic information along with two User Text field columns.
